Limitation on liability

Disputes

• If there is any dispute about or involving the site and/or the service, by using the site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of the UK and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nottingham only.

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold buyers4cars.co.uk, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by yourselves and/or any third party due to/or arising out of your use of the service

Other

• By becoming a member of the buyers4cars.co.uk service, you agree to receive certain specific emails from buyers4cars.co.uk.
• You can always manage your subscription to these emails using your buyers4cars.co.uk account
• This agreement, accepted upon use of the site and further affirmed by becoming a member of the buyers4cars.co.uk service, contains the entire agreement between you and buyers4cars.co.uk regarding the use of the site and/or the service.
• If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect
• You have agreed to take part in the FindACarBuyer.com Beta testing. By using the services of the site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
